Your scratch files should be automatically deleted when you close Photoshop.

The scratch file will be named Photoshop Temp1234567890  (the actual numbers will vary)

If Photoshop does not close properly, e.g. a crash, these can be left behind. Just close Photoshop then go to your scratch disk and delete any that are still there.
