I have always edited my photos on my old Mac but now I bought a Lenovo laptop. I transferred my files to a new external hard drive (because the other one was a mac hard drive and couldn't be used on my lenovo) and when I opened up Lightroom to continue editing my photos everything went great until...

I cannot export my photos to my hard drive or my desktop to save the progress I have done so far, and I also cannot open them up in Photoshop from Lightroom to edit them further.

I really need help I have a customer waiting for these photos but I have no way of saving my editing process if I can't export or save them. Please HELP!

Hi tessv,

I guess the images are missing in Lightroom catalog, if you check you must be getting an exclamation mark on the right-hand top on the images and you need to update their location in the Lightroom catalog, refer How to find missing photos in Photoshop Lightroom

Let us know if that helps.
