May I know how to change the capture time of mp4 file and save it to original file?  Million thanks!

LR's handling of video metadata is very limited, and it doesn't save any metadata back to video files or to .xmp sidecars.  Please add your me-too vote and detailed opinion of why you want this feature to this feature request in the official Adobe feedback forum:

Lightroom: Read and write video metadata into Sidecar XMP | Photoshop Family Customer Community

The title says "sidecar XMP" but in fact what people in that topic want is a way to save metadata back to a sidecar or the video file.
