Do i need a graphics card

Hello. I worked on a photography office and I got paid so I think I should build a PC for Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere pro usage. BUT. I cant afford to buy a really expensive one, so I came to ask you if a graphics card is really necessary for such usage. If so, can you tell me some affordable models? Thank you in advance
