export to Word - Mac system error 1407

Hi, I have Acrobat Pro 9, all of a sudden it won't export a PDF to Word. I get "Macintosh System error 1407".  I have OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan. Any ideas?

Acrobat 9 is quite old and not compatible with your OS version, so problems are to be expected.
