Unable to save color themes in Adobe color

Hi all,

When I am in Adobe color, I am not able to save the color wheel. Clicking on the blue 'Save' button, but nothing is happening. Also if I want to save a color theme under an "Explore' link, I hover over the theme, click on 'save' and nothing happens.

Can anyone advise please why am i unable to save the color themes ?

Hi and thanks for your reply.

Now in the mean time this problem has been solved already, and the way it was, was to find out that because I was missing my monthly payment for my photoshop subscription, the functional access to Adobe color was put on hold.

The moment my payment commenced I gained the full access to Adobe color.

But you may answer another question for me perhaps. Do you know if there is any good tutorials about how to use Adobe color in combination with Photoshop?

i haven't been able to save my color themes in Adobe Color CC all week and I have a project to turn in. which I need to be able to use it for. I am currently working on the updated version of Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit) on my MacBook Pro. I tried clearing the browsing data I tried using the incognito, restarting my computer, signing out of adobe and signing back in and non of this has helped. Please help

May you please share Mac details, i.e. OS version, Memory and Processor.

Along with that, try it on either Firefox or Safari browser.

Also let us know from which country you are accessing "https://color.adobe.com"

And just to be sure that there isn't any issue with your account. Visit "https://assets.adobe.com", and try saving any image within your account.

Hello,

I suffer from the same affliction with color.adobe.com
I cannot save. The save button seems to be nothing. I also cannot view My Themes
I am using

Google Chrome Version 68.0.3440.84 (Official Build) (64-bit)

on a PC with Win7
