This is a screenshot from an Indesign page. The picture above is completely morfed, but should be very sharp. This happens regularly and unexpected. As you can see, the picture below (same page) is showing perfectly. Is this a bug in Indesign? How can I fix this?

The latest version of InDesign is 2007.1 (make sure you have the .1!)

It might be worth resetting your InDesign Preferences to remove any application corruption.

Which version of InDesign and OS?

Try turning off in InDesign Preferences, under the GPU Performance tab,  GPU Performance.

Most recent version of both. I turned it off, looks like it's working. But it happens very ransom, so I'll have to see how it goes today. Thank you!

You haven't told which computer platform you're on. If you're on a recent Mac with a appropriate GPU, you may have the GPU Preference turn on. In that case, try View > Preview on CPU. Or turn off the GPU preference (in InDesign Preferences).
