Can I rescue my GoLive6 web site with Dreamweaver? I upgraded my iMac operating system two months ago and can no longer edit my web site
I don't think any code editor will be "easier" if you don't understand code.
Spend a weekend doing some code tutorials. It's time well-spent.
That said, the code GoLive generated is no great shakes to work with. It's outdated, bloated and loaded with proprietary stuff that only GoLive used or recognized. At some point you may need to think about scrapping your old site and building a new one to modern web standards.

My advice is to try Brackets which uses a similar code editor as DW.
Brackets - A modern, open source code editor that understands web design.
If you can manage working with your GL site in that editor, you can make the move to DW CC which has a lot more features than Brackets including Design View and Live View editing. I suggest this transition because DW assumes coding skills that were not previously required to use GL. Mainly HTML, CSS and some JavaScript.

Thank you. I have spent a month trying to learn Dreamweaver with no success. Will Brackets be easier?
