Falha ao exportar o arquivo PDF - Indesign

Olá, estou tendo esse problema ao exportar um arquivo PDF do meu Indesign 2017 (v. 12.1.2.56). Jé estava apresentando esse erro antes de atualizar a versão. Atualizei para esse versão na esperança de resolver o problema, mas continua com o mesmo erro. Alguém pode me ajudar?

Operating system(Exact version of Windows or MAC)

Where the file is saved or exported(Local system or network location)?

Is it the only file which is failing or new file are also unable to export as PDF? If it is a single file which has this issue, would you mind sharing your file?

Are you exporting as PDF print or PDF interactive? If you are exporting it to PDF print what happens if you change preset?

What is the size of file which you are exporting?

Hi Fabio,

Thanks for the details.

Please try to reset preferences for InDesign.

To reset preferences to defaults.

Please close all Adobe applications and delete InDesign folders from below mentioned locations

C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

C:\Users\user\AppData\local\Adobe
