Template Logo Disappears

Hi guys,

I'm actually working on a template that I downloaded for free here:

As you can see there is a "particle effect" but when I open this project the template just becomes black like it's finished..  but like I said I should be a "fade out particle" effect (sorry for my english ).

I check all the layers hided by the Shy button but I can't puzzle out this problem, anyone could try to see what's wrong with the template?
