How To connect My setting panel to the plugins ((Real-Time))

Hi folks,

I made extensions with a setting, I just wanna know How can I connect my control setting in extensions to the setting of plugins and by changing the setting in my extensions, the plugging that is connected to my extensions, changes real-time

What exactly are you trying to do. Just saying I made extensions does not tell us what you are doing or what you are trying to accomplish.
