O comando editar em no lightroom não está funcionando como resolver?

As funções do editar em no lightroom não está funcionando, aparece todas os aplicativos inativo, sendo assim não consigo também usar o atalho Ctrl+E, para mandar para o photoshop.

No error message appears, but the aplocativos in edit in in the lightroom are inatvos.

My version of lightroom and photoshop are the latest versions, all are current.

I specifically asked for the version number of Lightroom.

I also asked for the version number of your operating system.

Could you explain something tht isn't clear to me? Your original message seems to say that you can't edit the photos in Lightroom, now you seem to be saying you can't send the photos to Photoshop from Lightroom. Which is it?

Can you show us a screen capture of the problem?
