frozen screen while importing pictures

Hi everyone !

I wanted to import picures on Lightroom (v10.1) from my 3 memory cards.

For the first one, everyhing was working perfectly as usual.

For the other ones, after have been to the import box, my lightroom keep frozen on 'importing pictures...'

And nothing else happen.

I used to have the problem on my old macbook pro, but now I have a brand new Imac, all updated.

I tried to restart many times lightroom, restart the computer, but the problem is still there.

Do you guys have encountered the same problem ? Do you have any suggestions ? Thank you

Are you using a card reader?

Do not import directly from the camera connected by USB.
