When endeavouring to download any book from my public library to put on my Kobo via Digital Editions on my Mac I am unsuccessful.   After sliding the book to Kobo The following error is given:  Errors Were Detected... "CE_COPY_NOT ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book"

What permissions do I require, and how do I activate them?

Incidentally, I can execute the whole process from the public library through Adobe Digital Editions to my Kobo on my old PC (albeit very slowly) without any permissions problem.  Thus it is clearly not the Public Library declining permission, for me to acquire the book on the Kobo.

I would greatly appreciate advice to solve my problem.

Cheers.

Thank you for your assistance. I did ensure that the authorization on both

Digital Editions and Kobo were the same. I have since succeeded in

transferring books from Public Library to Kobo. Thank you again for your

help. I did try to acknowledge your assistance on the forum as requested,

there is no place to click "correct" below the answer. I attach screenshot

to clarify the absence of "correct".

Thanks again for your assistance.
