Every time i want to render an AE file this closes

• I have been using AE for a while and it worked fine but after a while I decided to create a file then I was about to render it but by clicking the 'Render' AE button it closed unexpectedly.
• could you help me? what is this about?

Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details and critical things like render settings, details about your comp, version of AE and so on. No offense, but just regurgitating random generic fragments and panicked "This doesn't work. Help me!" posts is not a sensible or useful way to ask for assistance.

Oh sorry, I'm using Adobe After effects CC 2017 and i have a MacOS Sierra version 10.12.4

update your software first, you should be using 14.2.1
