When i use a photoshop and illusrator, I can not use 'shift key' and 'alt key'. I wanna use directly propotion and copy.
But now, I cannnot this key!

Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details liek exact versions of the programs and your keyboard/ language settings.

If you are on a Surface device, you could also use the modifier key panel. and use the on screen keys.

Go to Window > Modifier Keys. Then touch the keys you want to hold down.
