Go to the Creative Cloud menu, click on the gear icon and go into Preferences. In Preferences select the Creative Cloud tab, and check whether your App Language is set correctly.

I am sorry å³°é’±50169692 but you misunderstand Colin's direction.  This has nothing to due with the language setting of your operating system.  Please adjust the installation language in the Creative Cloud desktop app per the steps described by Colin in post #4 of this forum discussion.
