Acrobat Capitalizing My Roman Numerals

I am having a problem with a PDF. I have worked with the scrivener folks and we believe it is a problem isolated to my PDF software Adobe Acrobat Pro X, not Scrivener. I have lower case i's in roman numerals detailing chapters like this:

i:

ii:

iii:

iv:

v:

When I open the document in Acrobat everything is capitalized in my roman numerals, even a title has the second i in Directed Energy Weapons capitalized now. Any help would be great.

How are you converting your file to PDF, exactly?

With Scrivener's export function.

Then the problem is most likely with that function... Did you report it to them?
