Split View

When I open a html file in split view, for some reason which I can not un-do it design view is way over on the left and not in the middle of the screen.

The only thing I can remember doing was I went to the three dots on the far left side of screen and i clicked on put it back to default setting...

Makes it very hard to work when you can not see the whole screen like it would be on the web.
