How to open US pdf I am in Australia

I cannot open https://www.uspto.gov/sites/default/files/forms/ProvisionalSB.pdf  this pdf, despite installing to the latest Adobe product. I am working on a MacBook Prop 15-inch, 2.53GHz, Mid 2009. Processor 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3. Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB. OS X Yosemite.

do you have a subscription for acrobat?  that would cost money and show here, https://accounts.adobe.com

or are you using the free adobe reader?

or by "..latest adobe product" you mean something else?

attaching a screenshot of whatever your think would open a pdf, that's installed on your computer, would be helpful.

I can open it just fine, and I'm not in the US, either.

What happens when you try to open it? What do you see? Use the Camera icon to post a screenshot (do not do it via email!), please.

Make sure you're saving the file locally and then opening it in Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader. This is an LCD form and most other PDF viewers can't handle it.
