Cannot login to LR desktop - page goes blank

HELP! Everything I try to login to LR 5, it will continue loading and never log me in, or the login page will go blank.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restart the computer and it's still doing the same thing.

How can I fix this?

Could you please explain the issue you are facing in more detail, probably with the help of a screenshot?

I suspect that you're running into the issue discussed here Lightroom 5.5 "Develop Module Disabled, please renew your membership"
