I have not done any upgrades, I'm using Premier Elements 12 every day... but today I get this message that the Manager is corrupt. What do I need a manager for? I don't do cloud, I buy and download and install.

Windows 8.1.  Apparently the message is gone today, at least the first time I opened version 12.  I rebooted yesterday but the message persisted.  Telling me that my Application Manager, needed to verify my license, was missing or corrupt.  Hopefully it's gone for good, but I found lots of conversations about the problem yesterday.

Timmyleeturner what specific error are you receiving when opening Premiere Elements 12?  What operating system are you using Premiere Elements 12 on?

Can you please post a screen shot of the error?  Details on how to post a screen shot can be found at FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?.

Timmyleeturner the error you referenced is fairly generic.  The Adobe Application Manager is used to license many Adobe applications.  The discussion you responded to the individual was using Creative Cloud applications.

If you face any additional errors Timmyleeturner then please update this discussion.  If you can include a screen shot of the error it would be helpful.
