Adobe InDesign CC Libraries links error

I cannot Link a CC Libraries graphic element to the indesign document. Inserting it into the sheet, i received the message "The file does not exist, is used by another application, or does not have the necessary permissions."

Only some elements return this error.

Below an image of this error (in italian).

This solution has worked for some people:

1.Quit InDesign and Creative Cloud app

2.Launch Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (Mac) and quit the process named CCLibraries

3.Launch InDesign and try using the same asset in InDesign in again
