how to call .bat file with parameter using cep engine

I am calling .bat file with parameter using cep engine as follows,

cep.process.createProcess("C:/Users/CS86/Documents/CSCache/Downloaded Packages/MyBat.bat","myParameter");

it is not calling .bat file.

But if I call this .bat file without parameter it works fine.

Did you try running it from another application ?
