My desktop LR is not syncing images from my mobile devices. I have tried logging out of & into my CC account (while also restarting LR desktop) and nothing. My iPhone can see everything as well as my iPad Pro. LR desktop says "Syncing 686 photos" but it isn't.
Could you use iTunes to get the raw files from the LR mobile app to your desktop as a workaround until you have time to talk to support? I just copy the folder using iTunes and then import into LR as a second step whenever I have an issue with sync....
