Remove password protection from file collection

Does anyone know how to remove password protection from an entire folder of PDFs using the Action Wizard? I created these files for a client some years ago; now we need to break into them and do some deconstructing. Removing passwords using the old "batch process" used to be easy; now the Action Wizard makes it much harder. I have an action set up, but no where can I see where to enter the existing password so that it can be removed ("change settings" is dimmed out). Has anyone had success with this?
