Hi katemarulai,

It seems the installation has gone bad due to some reason.

Try to uninstall Acrobat from your machine using cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Once the product is uninstalled, restart your machine and then try installing. Let us know if that helps.
