Get weird characters when cutting/pasting and exporting to Word.

When I cut and paste or export to Word, I get weird characters. The really weird part is with the previous versions of this document, I didn't have any problems.

Is there a way I can stop this from happening?

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please let us know the Adobe application you are using to export PDF to Word file?

Have you tried the export PDF online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?

If not, please try once and check if you can export file without any issue.

Is it an issue with the particular file? Did you check with other PDFs?

Can you share the file with us, so we can check it on our end?
