No Internet Connection when exporting to word

I keep getting an error message that I'm not connected to the internet when I try to export a PDF to word.

Check if this helps.

Also, try to export PDF online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  and check you are able to export file without any issue.

If you still experience the issue, let us know what exactly happens when you try to export PDF.

Please share the screenshot of the error message if you get any.
