How do I change my email address?

Hi, I changed my Adobe ID email address, but when I use Acrobat to send a document for signatures, it still uses my old email address. How do I fix this?

The address used is the one located under Edit - Preferences - Identity.

I checked, there was nothing in the email address field under Identity. I put my new email address there and it still didn't change it. Forms are still sending from my old email address.

How are you sending out the file, exactly? Did you add a Submit button yourself, or are you using a built-in function?

Where is this "Edit - Preferences - Identity" pathway located?

Issue has been resolved after I emailed support@echosign.com - they changed it for me.
