Getting Flash Player https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

Microsoft does not allow external installs into Edge or Internet Explorer

You will need to go to Microsoft to find out how to fix your Edge problem

On Windows 10 Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and Edge browsers and the Flash Player files are locked to prevent users from accidentally deleting them.  To delete the files requires a brute force deletion (e.g. modifying file permissions with some 3rd party software to unlock the files).

If none of these work and you want to get Flash Player for IE/Edge back you'll most likely need to re-install Windows.  Contacting Microsoft for assistance is also a recommended option.
