LR editing no longer running smoothly after update

I'm having an issue with LR it is no longer editing smoothly. Say im in noise and slide it the edit is delayed and jumps to what i choose so it is super hard to edit. My target in HSL will not work, i need to close HSL reopen it, click all then try it again.

What can i do to fix this issue, THanks
