After importing my *.MOD moviefiles (from the JVC Everio camcorder), Premier Elements 14 is resizing the file, now I'm missing moviematerial on the left and right side (Only the center of the movie is still intact). What I see is a black field on both the right and the left, where I was expecting to see people.
I've tried this: new file ->new project -> change settings -> tried every setting in the book, but the same effect still happens.
What should I do?
