Deleting an fillable box on a form

I am a new user to Acrobat DC and I am trying to modify a form.  I have been able to delete everything but the fillable boxes and signature boxes on my forms.  Can anyone tell me how to do this?  I have watched the videos and read the tutorials but they do not cover this that I can find.

I have marked the items I am looking to delete with a red arrow pointing to them in case I have terminology incorrect

Thanks for any help!
