What Adobe Plan Should I Purchase?

I am on a free 7 day trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro PC.  I like being able to convert PDFs to documents that I can edit and convert to Word.  I am a solo lawyer with no staff.  My needs are few; my revenue modest.  What is the most economical Adobe plan that I can purchase to keep using this program?

If all you want is to convert PDF files to other formats then Export PDF might be sufficient. It's not really a program, but an online service that can be used from within the free Adobe Reader or via the browser.
