Hi,

When I try to import files (RAW) it says "Preview unavailable for this file."  How can I fix this?

Then when I try to print a file to a jpeg file in the print module, the file comes out as a blank photo.  What can I do to fix this?

Please help me!

What OS are you using?

What camera, make and exact model?

Can you help with the print module?  Why it prints a white blank page?
