GIF Looping option unavailable?

Hey

I'm trying to export my gif and the looping option is locked. I did it a few days ago and worked fine. I then created a new project with a new 1080p image and when I export to web it won't let me select loop. I have no idea why and I'm starting to worry. Nothing else has changed - no program updates or anything. (On a mac)

It contains maybe 30 frames, I edited the video in AE and then exported to mp4 before opening it in photoshop so it should be small enough.

You can't.   I'm guessing that you have since realized that your MP4 file is actually a video, and not a frame animation.  You can change it back to a frame animation again though.  The Loop Forever option would then become available.

Hi

I don't have the project on me at the moment but I took a photo of part of the timeline before I left. I know it probably doesn't really help but the project was shot on 4k and I tried to export it in 1080p. Do you think it's still too large? Or the duration might be too long? It goes for maybe 3 or 4 seconds.
