I cant drag any file into Photoshop CC/Cant open any file via right click!

I can't drag an image or photoshop file into photoshop. I get a "  " and thats it. Ive tried to find answers and so far nothing has helped me. Even times when I right click a file and "open with photoshop", it doesnt do it. I have to go to file, then open, then thats how I get the file into photoshop. Its just so annoying.
