Blue underline after sync

After book synchronization a blue underline appeared below all TOC contents/styles and within the chapters. How I can remove it? It's not a paragraph rule and or regular underline. I can see also when printing a PDF.

If it’s showing up in a PDF it sounds like a rule. Did you check rule above AND rule below?

Hi Bob, thanks a lot, you are right.

Is there any way I can change the rules per style?

I have several chapters.

I removed the rule and then update the style.

But I need to do this in all styles and chapters.

Is there any other way?

Select what you want to sync in Synchronize Options in the Book Panel menu

Target the chapter where you made the edit as the source file

Deselect all (the same as select all)

Sync the entire book

Remember that there are no second chances. Do it right the first time or make a copy first.

The other option if Jane scared you is to fix one chapter, and then open each chapter and load just the styles you need into the other chapters. With this technique you can check just the styles you want to update, and uncheck the others. Jane's technique is much faster, of course.
