Using creative cloud packager I have created an after effects package.
64bit package of CC 2017 14.2 running on
Windows 7 x64
Run by non admin user accounts.
The package installs correctly but when I run it on any of our pc's it fails to start.
If I right click and select runas and run it as an admin it gets further (sees the splash screen) but still exits as a failure.
I have attached the crash log to this thread.

Most likely you are missing som critical driver or have messy user permissions. After all, it's your Explorer crashing, not AE, so something is wrong with accessing some files or the Registry.

Hi Kevin,
I still have this issue and I even tried recreating the package again but no joy. I would really appreciate some help getting to the bottom of this issue as our users really need to get this going, I am also having the same issue with Premiere Pro.
I have created packages fro them individually and also a mast package with a whole bunch of adobe products we use.
All other apps work fine its just these two that won't start.

Sorry. Sounds pretty frustrating. You're "recreating the package" means you have an enterprise or teams version of Creative Cloud. You should contact your administrator for support options at this point. You can request 1-1 tech support from our video queue from there. Let me know if you need further assistance.
