These instructions do not work. I have no cancel plan option in my software. The alternative tells me to contact support which creates a circular reference without ever providing a communication window or an email address.
Is this Adobe's plan? My plan renews today and I want to cancel today!

Contact your local Adobe care team on Twitter, it's a much quicker process and they are available 24/7
