I followed the instructions but now, when I will open an existing document, there is following error:

Hi Kerstin,

can you post a screenshot of this error?

Use the forum's controls for this, because you cannot attach an image by using mail.

PNG or JPEG.

Is there an error number as well?

Hm…

Then I have only two suggestions:

1. Do another user on your machine and try again with the new user.

2. Uninstall InDesign CS6, run the CC Cleaner Tool, restart and install CS6 again.

I use outlook for replaying but the picture is not shown in our discussion.

I can’t replay directly because I haven’t the button “action” ….
