Which format are you using for your images with transparency?

How do they look on other viewer/devices?

Hello

first if all i want to know are you export it as a Reflowable?

you will need to convert your attribute to an object style with your transparency plus this option

Capture.JPG

and in the exporting dialog box,

Capture.JPG

check on preserve, and un-check Ignore

Try this and let me know
