CS5 PrinterDialoge problem

I am running CS5, suddenly I have developed communication problems with the Printer, Wen I compose a print in File/Print dialogue box, say an 8.5"x11" it prints out as only a postage stamp. What do I do?

I am connected wirelessly to an HP Printer. I send the data directly from CS5 using the Print Dialogue Box.
