After Effects On Mac Has No Minimize Button and The Top Where You Minimize is Duplicated

On my After Effects, for mac, the minimize button has disappeared and the bar where it used to be duplicated into 2 bars. It keeps messing up my file transfering and other things like that, if you know the answer please help.
