Preview playing too FAST

So this seems like the opposite of a common complaint:

My preview is playing my animation back too fast - like almost 2X. This is making it difficult to get pacing and feel correct, almost as much as if it were lagging.

What would be causing this?

Look at the Preview panel on the right - you may have to pull down the bottom edge to see all controls.

Is the frame rate set to 'Auto' or the right number to match your comp?

Derp. Can't believe it was that simple. I'm surprised there's not interface indication that there's more to the panel. Thanks so much!
