Update LR5

I have a new computer With Windows 10. I had windows 7....  I installed LR5 onto my new computer with my hard copy of LR5.... It will not import RAW files and tells me to update to LR5.7.1

I have followed the links to no avail... just keeps routing me to the Cloud.... I do NOT want to purchase a cloud product. Do not want monthly payments.... Just want to update what I have.

Is it possible?

I must be really missing something.

It just keeps sending me to purchase through the cloud.

I cannot find a straight up download/update for LR5 to LR5.7.1

Yes, Adobe has revamped some of their web site and old links that used to work are no longer working.
