Hello,
I borrowed two books from my library and downloaded them into ADE. I authorized my computer with my account, I authorized my Kobo with the account. I added the books to my e-reader and ejected it. When I try to open the books it told me that it wasn't authorized to open them. I returned the books and logged out of all the accounts. I started fresh making sure everything was lined up in my other account. Proceeded as before. Now it is saying "You ereader is not authorized to open the book" "you need to re-import the book". But I did already! This has been over an hour long process and I am getting angry, and no one is offering any help from any company.
