Video has glitch when exported, but not in timeline

Hello,

I know this is a silly video, but I was testing a green screen and noticed a glitch when my friend pretends to get shot.  I almost looks like a jump cut.

I reviewed the project again and it played fine on the timeline and exported it again, but still there is a glitch in the video in a different location.

Does anyone know why this would happen or has anyone experienced this before?

Without any exact info about your render settings, comp settings, source material, AE version, system info and so on, nobody can tell you much. This could be once more AE's screwy cache system, but then again it might just as well be some other bug or a wrong setting somewhere.
