Hey I have a really clear video and picture i put them into the project and they are fine but when I move them to the commotion on they are heavily pixelated , iam new to after effect so It could be a simple fix . Thanks

Could you please describe your issue in more detail? Can we see screenshots of your full interface?
Is your composition panel set to view at 100% and is it set to view it at full resolution?
